You gotta have serious guts to open up a coffee shop opposite a Tim Hortons ! I'm happy to tell you it was excellent and it looks like feedback from earlier has been taken into account . I had a vanilla latte and it was great and for under 5 dollars very good value indeed ! Looks like Me Horton has some competition !! It is a small place so I guess it could be difficult to get a quick beverage if there are a lot of customers on the store but I was lucky on a rainy day and was looked after quickly . This is an Ethiopian run place selling Ethiopian coffee . Many Ethiopians come here to celebrate their culture . Real community vibe here and everyone is chilled out . I bought some coffee to give as gifts .
It looks like a normal corner store from outside, but just inside the door there's an amazing coffee bar. They can do the whole range of specialty drinks you'd expect from a high-end café, and it's some of the best coffee I've ever had. They import their own beans, and roast and grind them in-store. Not much indoor seating - it is still a corner store - but in the summer they set up a patio outside. No iced drinks, and a limited selection of pastries, but give 'em a shot and you'll pleasantly surprised.
Lovely little coffee bar, with a really nice barista. I had a great latte, and I would absolutely recommend dropping by if you want a coffee that's not Tims or Starbucks!
